Our spray foam roofing system incorporates a 1″ application of high density (2.8 lbs. per sq.ft) closed cell spray foam, covered with water based acrylic elastomeric coating. This combination provides a seamless, low maintenance, leak-proof roofing system that will also add substantial strength to a building, in addition to an excellent insulation value. This is the ultimate roofing system! It is extremely lightweight, and can be installed over practically any existing roof, eliminating costly tear-off expenses. It is ideally suited to low slope roofs, particularly commercial buildings. We have been installing these roofs for over three decades, with unbeatable results. Many customers have reported OVER 20 YEARS OF NO MAINTENANCE AND NO LEAKS! And in many cases, if it does begin to leak for any reason, it is a simple repair that is much cheaper than a re-roof. We warranty our roofs against leaks for 5 years. An inexpensive re-coat is recommended every 7 – 10 years, which is all that is necessary to provide a practically unlimited lifespan of the roof! A re-coat will also renew the 5 year leak free guarantee.

Spray Polyurethane Foam being applied to a roof. Not only does this provide an insulation value of at least R-7, but provides a secondary means of waterproofing AND actually ADDS strength to the roof assembly!
The foam is covered with an Acrylic based Elastomeric Coating, to form a seamless, highly reflective, leak proof seal!
